Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product (or any part of it) at any time. We use secure, standard payment processors at checkout, and you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account info for all orders.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We do our absolute best to get your orders packed up and shipped out quickly, but once the package leaves our hands and enters the postal system, transit times are out of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

We love that you love our brand! But all content on this website—including our unique product descriptions, images, logos, and graphics—is owned by Krikit & Crab Candle Company. Please don't copy, steal, or reuse our text or photos without our written permission.

REFUND POLICY
We want you to absolutely love your home fragrance goodies. Because everything we make at Krikit & Crab Candle Company is hand-poured in small batches, we handle returns and refunds with a healthy dose of common sense and fairness.
1. The Realities of Handmade Goods
As a reminder, minor cosmetic differences, slight color variations, or a bit of natural soy "frosting" are totally normal characteristics of handmade wax products. They don’t affect the scent or how your wax melts perform, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on these natural quirks.
2. Changed Your Mind? (Returns)
Because of the personal nature of home fragrance items, we can only accept returns on items that are completely unused, unlit, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, drop us a line at hello@krikitandcrabcandlecompany.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item back and confirm it's in pristine condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
3. Scent Preferences
We know buying scents online can be tricky! However, because we are a small business, we cannot offer refunds or free exchanges simply because a fragrance wasn't your personal favorite. If you're on the fence, we always suggest grabbing a smaller size or a wax melt pack to test it out first.
4. Damaged or Broken Items
We do our absolute best to pack your orders securely so they survive the journey through the mail. If your item arrives completely broken or damaged during transit, we’ve got your back.
Send us an email with a photo of the damaged product and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we will gladly ship out a replacement to you or issue a shop credit.
5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. All sale, clearance, or custom-poured items are final sale.
